Steps:
1. Use a stainless steel cleaning brush gives the grill grate and fire box a thoroughly clean until all burning pieces are removed, then put a layer of cooking oil on the grill grate.
2. Close the lid then wait until the grill cooled down.
3. Use a rinsed towel to wipe off the burning pieces inside the firebox, we do not use either water or cleaning agents directly inside the firebox.
4. After that give the grill a layer of cooking oil and turn on the grill for 5 minutes for letting out the moist.
5. Cover it up with a protection cover.
Until next BBQ cooking
1. First fire up the grill and close the lid for 10 minutes or so...
2. Open the lid, use a stainless steel cleaning brush gives the grill grate a thoroughly clean again.
3. Lastly, put a layer of cooking oil on the grill grate, off you go to cook!
